Terms and Conditions
Down payment for hospitalization
Companion Veterinary Clinic (CVC) will charge a refundable down payment of AED 2,000.– when a patient is hospitalized, regardless for which procedure or for how long. During the hospitalization CVC will inform you about the running costs and if the amount of the down payment is used up, you need to top up the deposit, so that further treatment, diagnostics, etc. are covered.
House Visists
We charge additional convenience fee of 250 AED within Qusais,Muhaissinah Mirdiff and Al Nahda. And AED 500 anywhere else in Dubai. All excluding VAT.
Any blood work, medicines, consultation fee and injections as needed are additional costs.
The examination can be performed wherever it is convenient. For small dogs and cats, a kitchen table or coffee table works well. Larger animals are examined on the floor where the pet is comfortable
